The following Return and Exchange policies apply only to online purchases.
All shipments come with a tracking number.
Shipping handle time: 2-3 business days except for weekends and holidays after payment is received.
- Canada Post Expedited Service: 1-7 business days (Must be picked up from a Canada Post location near you with your government ID).
- FedEx / Purolator/ UPS: 1-4 Business days (Please provide an accurate contact number and buzzer(if applicable)).
We ship only after payment is fully cleared and ONLY to the address provided. The address cannot be changed at any time.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Shipping and Handling costs to and from the buyer will be charged for any refused delivery.
Please be sure to provide us with an accurate physical address. Failure to provide an accurate physical address will result in a delay in your shipment. Exclude PO BOX shipping locations if you choose FedEx/ Purolator option!
We have the right to cancel the order under the following circumstances:
- The payment is not cleared.
- There is a problem with the shipping address.
- The buyer is unresponsive and doesn’t answer the messages.
- In case of a Pricing/quantity Error.
We stand behind our products and services. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and it doesn’t comply with your order for functionality or quality issues, we will replace it for you. There is a 14 days exchange period. The buyer is responsible to ship the item back to us.
We stand behind our products and services. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from GTA Phones, just return the item(s) in the same condition within 14 days after delivery for a prompt refund, less shipping and handling charges.
Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and should include all supplied materials, instructions, warranty cards, original accessories, hardware, and any software provided.
Returned items cannot show evidence of use or wear – dirt, or blemishes of any kind.
If your order arrives incorrectly or the package was damaged in transit, you must notify us within 1 day of receipt.
Defective items will be replaced only after matching the serial number with the one in our system.
A restocking fee equal to or greater than 10% will be charged for all returns. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to opened Brand new Sealed Products.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
All data must be completely wiped PRIOR to the reset (the phone will remain locked even with a reset if the accounts/passwords are not removed first). Your return will be rejected if there are any iCloud/ Samsung/ Google account OR passcodes/ screen pattern locks. If you are not sure how to completely wipe your data, please contact us.
All out phones are covered by a limited, non-transferable, 90 days of warranty unless otherwise noted which do not cover manufacturer warranties. If a product is found to be faulty or defective within 90 days of purchase, we will offer free repair. The warranty starts on the day of shipping.
The buyer is responsible to ship the item back to us.

The warranty only applies where a defect has arisen, wholly or substantially, as a result of faulty manufacture, parts or workmanship during the warranty period.
The warranty does not apply where damage is caused by other factors, including without limitation:
(a) normal wear and tear;
(b) abuse, mishandling, accident or failure to follow operating instructions;
(c) exposure to liquid or infiltration of foreign particles;
(d) servicing the phone by a third party or modification to the software(i.e. Rooting)
(f) shipment or other transit.
